Compass Behavioral Group is seeking QMHP-Cs to join our Community Stabilization program Applicants should be interested in providing high-quality community-based services to children, adolescents, and their families and have a desire to effect meaningful and long-lasting change through evidence-based practices and data-driven evaluation. *Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Provide recovery-oriented, trauma informed care to our clients and families.
* Support assessments and screenings for at-risk populations.
* Coordinate with client’s other providers to support the family and strengthen the client’s engagement in services.
* Provide crisis intervention services (i.e. therapeutic interventions, crisis education, safety, prevention planning, and support).
* Treatment planning.

* Participate in extensive new hire and ongoing clinical trainings.
* Join in group and individual clinical supervision that focuses on a holistic approach integrating evidence-based psychotherapeutic strategies.
* Learn more about themselves and grow as skilled clinicians as they dive into ethical standards, clinical theories, and working with a diverse clientele.
* Use video recording as a way to provide in-depth supervision and training that fosters continued growth.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of licensed and license-eligible professionals.
