Key responsibilities for this position, include:
*Dental Assistant (DAI or DAII)*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Dental Assistant
* Gather patient information and health background
* Oversee daily patient care
* Ensure proper sterilization and OSHA practices
* Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
* Prepare the work area for procedures
* Take x-rays of patients’ teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
* Designation as a DAI or DAII
* dental assistant experience preferred but not required
* X-ray certification required
* Current BLS and CPR certification
* Excellent understanding of dental procedures
* Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
