Overview:

Asheville Aesthetic Dental Partners is seeking a dental hygienist to join their general dentistry practice and enhance future growth. A staple of the Asheville community for nearly 20 years, this established practice sees primarily adults, many of whom have been patients since they were children and are deeply rooted in the local community.

The practice features a newer Fotona Lightwalker DualWave Laser, two year old Planmeca CBCT, and Monday - Thursday 7:45-5pm schedule. As the second hygienist in the practice you will collaborate with both dentists and work out of a single column daily.

Responsibilities:
Screening patients during check-ups
Reviewing patient's history
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
Conduct screenings
Assist patients with oral hygiene
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Hygienist license
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
