*AMS of Wisconsin, LLC- Onalaska is a Member of Addiction Medical Solutions, LLC a premier provider of comprehensive addiction treatment services. *

*We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill our open RN position.*

The RN will work with the Nurse Supervisor and Medical Director to assure appropriate medical care for patients. The RN is also responsible for the completeness of all medical aspects of the medical record. The RN is responsible for dispensing any medications the clinic may utilize in the treatment of patients.

*RN Responsibilities and Duties*

The RN maintains professional standards and follows the policies of the organization as well as Federal and State Laws and Regulations. The RN is required to administer Medications as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician, and to maintain accurate accounting of all medication received from supplier and dispensed to the patient. RN is responsible for the safekeeping of all medication inventory and the records required by the DEA, FDA, and ADP. The RN will dedicate a minimum of 90 percent of regularly scheduled work hours to activities directly related to the administration of medication. The remaining 10 percent of regularly scheduled work hours will be dedicated to other activities as assigned by the Medical Director or Executive Director.

RN may be responsible for urine or blood sample collection and processing, reading test results as ordered by Program Physicians and the completion of all forms involved in these procedures.

*RN Qualifications and Skills*

RN Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience and hold a Wisconsin License as a Registered Nurse RN in good standing. The ideal RN candidate will have experience in behavioral health.
