We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our pediatric team at Lutheran Hospital-La Crosse Inc. As a Registered Nurse in our pediatric clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our young patients and their families.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess and manage the health needs of pediatric patients, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
- At least one year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
