About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Internal Medicine team at Gundersen Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a culture of love, trust, and connection.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote health and wellness.
  • Provide competent and compassionate patient care, including telephone triage, anticoagulation management, and nurse-only visits.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Document patient information and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, with additional licenses required for some positions.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
