We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Gundersen Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
