Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with hair salons, stylists, and high-end clientele who would benefit from our luxury extensions.
  • Educate potential customers on the features and benefits of Prolonged Hair products.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations.
  • Drive sales through referrals, client outreach, and partnerships with salons and beauty professionals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and customer service.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Passionate individuals with experience in sales, luxury goods, or the beauty industry.
  • Current or former hair stylists are encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. An understanding of the salon environment and hair care needs is a huge plus
  • A self-starter with a drive to succeed and meet sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to connect with high-end clientele and build rapport in the luxury market.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
  • A strong network within the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Passion for hair care and luxury beauty products.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn – no limits
