  • Funeral Director License REQUIRED   
  • Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification (where applicable)   
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market   
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills   
  • Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person   
  • Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
