As part of a dynamic startup environment, you'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions, working closely with our payer, provider, and third-party requestor customers. You will also collaborate closely with our Moxe engineering and product teams to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose, identify, and resolve technical issues across a range of products and platforms. This could include hardware, software, networking, or system-related issues.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (email, ticketing system, phone) to ensure customers are satisfied and their issues are addressed quickly.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides, to empower both customers and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, product, and sales teams to communicate customer feedback and assist with improving our offerings based on support insights.
  • Proactive Issue Prevention: Identify patterns in customer issues and collaborate with product teams to implement solutions or improvements.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Be willing to step outside of your traditional support role when needed. Assist with system updates, testing new features, helping with product rollouts, or performing other miscellaneous tasks that arise in the fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to step outside the box and contribute to the broader goals of the company

Familiarity with these tools is a bonus:

  • AWS
  • GitHub actions

  • Tableau
  • Terraform

If you're a technical problem-solver who loves helping people and thrives in an evolving healthcare IT startup environment, we'd love to hear from you Apply today to join our team and make a real impact.

Who We Are:

High quality, affordable healthcare is a basic human right and at Moxe, we are committed to making it a reality. We're on a mission to slash billions from healthcare costs. It's no secret that the US healthcare system is rife with inefficiencies and unnecessary costs. While the rest of us have migrated to interconnected, digital platforms, healthcare still uses paper, pdfs, snail mail and fax to transmit information.

We know there is a better way to deliver healthcare. Data exchange today consists of mailing or faxing paper files and pdf'ing endless records from existing Electronic Medical records. It can take months to process and compile those records into usable data. Our platform enables providers and health plans to exchange clinical data instantly, saving the entire system (patient to provider to plan) time and money in the process.

Who are we? We're a steadfast team of innovators, problem-solvers, and truth-seekers, dedicated to disrupting the status quo. Got the moxie to challenge the US healthcare system? Let's talk.

Got Moxie?

Join Moxe We're a fast-growing company focused on making a difference in healthcare. An equal opportunity employer, Moxe is looking for passionate, inclusive team players who like to solve problems, think outside the box, and thrive in a dynamic environment. We hire great people from diverse backgrounds, and that makes us stronger. If you share our values: integrity, transparency, respect, frankness, persistence, and unity, let's talk.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment irrespective of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
