Wilson Equipment Company proudly represents elite manufacturers such as Case Construction, Link-Belt Excavators, Takeuchi Compact Equipment, Bomag Compaction, Rubble Master, Mecalac, Indeco, Epiroc, Multiquip and Blue Diamond Attachments. Our rental fleet includes earthmoving and industrial equipment such as excavators, crawler dozers, wheel loaders, rollers, loader backhoes, compact track loaders, attachments, hydraulic breakers, concrete buggies, light towers and aggregate equipment.

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office, CRM and digital PDFs
  • Ability to work outdoors and visit job sites
  • Proven negotiating skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Good driving record

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new rental business and maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Selling light equipment and attachments to customers in your assigned territory
  • Using excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their equipment needs
  • Managing sales leads, contracts, and customer information using CRM software
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve company growth targets

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + commission ($45K to $110K)
  • Company vehicle, phone, fuel card and tablet

Salary: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
