As a patient care coordinator, you will have the chance to positively impact patient's lives while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Engage with patients and their families professionally and empathetically, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks over the phone.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Utilize your computer skills to navigate and update patient charting software, insurance databases, and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with medical personnel and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to discharge.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions, appointments, and inquiries.
- Quickly adapt and learn new processes, including patient charting software and insurance protocols.
- Check-in telemedicine urgent care patients who have scheduled appointments.
- Assigning Marque doctors to complete patient's virtual urgent care visits.
- Creating and verifying patient medical charts and health insurance.

Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service, either in a similar role or in a related field.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in administrative tasks; familiarity with medical software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while managing a high volume of tasks.
