We are now seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive our brand presence, expand our client base, and support our mission to deliver transformative solutions to the industries we serve.

 

Role Overview

This role will focus on implementing and refining marketing strategies to position Schapira CPA as a leader in its niche markets while driving consistent lead generation and business growth. This position requires a results-driven, resourceful marketing professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement a targeted marketing strategy tailored to our primary industries: Real Estate, Manufacturing, and E-commerce.

  • Design campaigns that resonate with our ideal client profile, emphasizing their pain points and showcasing our ability to transform businesses.

  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with our business vision and brand promise: creating wealth through our ProFIT approach. 

Lead Generation and Nurturing

  • Create, manage, and optimize lead-generation funnels, ensuring high-quality leads that convert into clients.

  • Identify opportunities to grow our client database through direct outreach, paid advertising, and organic content strategies.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track lead progression and implement strategies for sustained engagement.

Content Creation and Messaging

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact, industry-specific content (e.g., blogs, case studies, webinars, guides) that highlights our expertise and client success stories.

  • Develop clear, compelling messaging that speaks to the needs of our target markets, emphasizing our ability to deliver profitable results with minimal client hours.

Brand Building and Communication

  • Oversee a company-wide rebranding initiative to ensure a cohesive, professional, and modern image.

  • Enhance our digital presence through website optimization, SEO strategies, and an engaging LinkedIn presence.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador to convey our company values: influencing lives, lifelong learning, and community-building.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them.

  • Manage marketing contractors and partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality work that aligns with company goals.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the marketing team.

 

Key Objectives

  • Lead Generation: Consistently generate at least 15 qualified leads per month through targeted campaigns.

  • Database Growth: Expand the client database to include 20,000 engaged prospects.

  • Brand Presence: Achieve a top-ranking position in our target industries by refining and promoting our unique value propositions.

  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to client acquisition.

  • Client Retention: Develop client engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and long-term relationships.

 

Qualifications and Competencies

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a focus on B2B industries.

  • Proven success in lead generation and business development, ideally in professional services or consulting firms.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SEO, and digital marketing platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience crafting engaging content for blogs, case studies, and campaigns.
