This position will report directly to the Information Technology Manager. The Systems Engineer will have working relationships with all locations and departments.

Job Description:

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for:

  • Managing and monitoring systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network equipment.
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Support team with problem solving of technical issues.
  • All other tasks as required.

Education and Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Corporate IT supporting Microsoft Windows servers and workstations.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies and information security.
  • Able to demonstrate troubleshooting abilities.
  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Written and verbal skills.
  • Detailed orientated, organized and able to multi-task.
  • Able to travel to all locations
