Senior Economist, Next-Generation Microelectronics Manufacturing

- Analyze economic and financial data to identify trends, patterns, policy, and relationships.
- Develop and maintain NGMM financial sustainment economic models.
- Collaborate with technical team and performers to provide economic insights for strategic sustainment planning.
- Conduct research on economic issues and forecast market conditions likely to impact long term sustainability of the NGMM 3DHI manufacturing center.
- Monitor and interpret economic developments and advise on implications for NGMM strategy.
- Interpret economic and sustainment models to guide the team in developing new collaborative relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Economist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of data analysis, economic modeling, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting DoD or working in relevant USG environment.
- Knowledge of the microelectronics industry and trends.
- Experience working with startups for economic analysis and sustainability modeling.
