**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Program Risk Analyst to join our team at ANSER. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and program analysis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and assess technical and programmatic risk across multiple projects and contracts.
  • Develop and implement risk reduction strategies, including benefit and cost analysis.
  • Provide technical feedback to risk reduction activities and support independent assessments of program project results.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with senior level management within the client organization.
  • Ensure senior level management is aware of overall program status and its potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as manufacturing, computer science, engineering, or other similarly related discipline.
  • Five years progressive experience in program management, risk assessment, quality controls, and assessment.
  • Three years' experience in the semiconductor, microelectronic, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience presenting findings, recommendations, and solutions verbally and in writing to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
