Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFor more than a decade, Ironwall by Incogni has been a leader in online privacy protection services, specializing in removing personal information for government organizations and businesses. We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing our monthly webinar strategy, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and assisting with digital campaigns.
This role is instrumental in driving our marketing efforts and supporting our mission to protect organizations from physical and cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute monthly webinars, including promotion, lead generation, and post-event follow-up to drive engagement and nurture leads.
  • Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on automation and lead nurturing throughout the B2B sales cycle.
  • Create and implement marketing automations, including lead scoring and workflows, to support the sales funnel and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze webinar and email performance to identify opportunities for improvement and share actionable insights with the team.
  • Support digital campaign initiatives as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as content and design.
  • Travel to trade shows and other marketing events as needed, providing on-site marketing support.
  • Support the team with additional tasks and projects as needed
Please note that this position will be collaborating with global team members in varying time zones, which may require early morning meetings around 7:00 AM Pacific Time. Travel for events also may require weekend availability, depending on the event schedule.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and embodies the following qualities:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B email marketing, automation, and webinar campaign management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Loomly, Jira and Demio, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
