We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join our global team. Based in Irvine, CA, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns across the LATAM and APAC regions.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days remote work and 3 days on-site. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with internal clients, management, production, and marketing staff across different countries and time zones to discuss project specifications and procedures.

You will be responsible for documenting project specifications and decisions, assigning resources, directing, and evaluating their work, as well as overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
  • Confer with internal clients, management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Document project specifications and decisions and share with applicable stakeholders.
  • Assign resources, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Manage the creative workflow, translations, reviews, and approvals, and version controls.
  • Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Requirements

  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of creative and digital marketing production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective production workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of creative workflows and creative project management software like Adobe Workfront, Podio, or JIRA.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Irvine, CA.
