Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing & Digital Media Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts, develop original content, and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.

In this role, you will:

  1. Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns, design visuals, graphics, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  2. Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and monitor content across all social media platforms, engage with the community by responding to comments and messages, analyze performance metrics, monitor SEO, and suggest improvements to enhance engagement.
  3. Brand Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute branding initiatives, research trends, and contribute ideas for innovative campaigns.
  4. Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences, provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
  5. Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of digital campaigns and social media platforms, prepare reports summarizing insights and key performance metrics.
  6. Administrative Support: Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing assets, project timelines, and team calendars, support the execution of events, photo/video shoots, or other brand-related activities as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiarity with video editing (Adobe Premiere Reel or Capcut).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
