Actual Title: Global Business Analyst
** onsite initially, with the option for Hybrid**

Responsibilities:
• Work effectively with the diverse community of researchers and management to capture business need, workflow, and value.
• Participate in global outreach, collaboration initiatives, and projects supporting a diverse and dynamic research community.
• Participate in documenting business process workflow, create diagrams to support and communicate.
• Support global stakeholder management processes including communication.
• Engage with the business owners, users and service providers of existing solutions to aid in assessment and planning for lifecycle, improvement, expansion, or transition processes.
• Provide input and data in support of planning, prioritization and budget process for IT projects.
• Support communication of strategies, ideas, and goals to senior management
• Participate in the coordination and creation of product/service documentation and training
• Participation in the creation of foundational service design documentation.
• Special projects as required.

Requirements
• 2-3 years of Business Analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working in the scientific environment, especially one that is related to drug development is preferred

• Practical experience understanding, collecting, and documenting requirements and use cases.
• Proven success enabling customer success through thoughtful analysis and communication.
