Job Description

This Senior Business Analyst position is located in Massachusetts, offering a competitive salary range of $63,161 - $123,164 per year. As a key member of our team at Molina Healthcare, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems and providing insightful solutions to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
  • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of business analysis experience, with 6+ years managed care experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to business analysis.
