Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Solutions Consultant to join our team at Foundation Worx. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate customers about foundation repairs, waterproofing solutions, piering and crawlspace repairs. This role involves building relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to generate leads, close deals, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
Customer Consultation: Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and explain the benefits of foundation repair services.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations tailored to client requirements, showcasing Foundation Worx’s service offerings.
Proposal Development: Generate and present detailed repair proposals and cost estimates to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing follow-up communication to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, home services, or foundation repair industry.
Strong understanding of foundation repair solutions or willingness to learn.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer groups.
Knowledge of CRM software and digital sales platforms is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings if needed.
