ABA - The Westside Way 

Total Compensation: $88,250- $102,000 annually

  • Annual Salary Starting at $76,250 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus Eligibility: Earn up to $12,000 annually for exceeding billable hours

What you’ll Do:

  • Assess incoming clients and recommend weekly treatment hours based on need
  • Develop and regularly update individualized therapeutic programs using NET principles
  • Provide mentorship and training for RBTs, including 5-10% of their supervision hours
  • Model skills for clients and RBTs when needed
  • Complete required documentation (SOAP Notes, Evaluations, Progress Reports) per guidelines
  • Coordinate care with other professionals and disciplines
  • Supervise 1+ BCBA fieldwork students, as needed
  • Mentor and train new team members as directed by Clinic ABA Director
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with ABA and BCBA teams
  • Maintain a caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

Required Education, Experience and Credentials 

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working in a clinic setting
