Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing ABA therapy plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate programming, frequency, and therapy plans for each client.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of each client's needs and goals, ensuring timely adjustments to their therapy plan as necessary.
  • Evaluate and prepare reports as requested by insurance parties or parents/guardians, showcasing the effectiveness of our services.
Clinical Supervisory Duties
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, adhering to established protocols and maintaining accurate professional documentation of clinical notes.
  • Complete pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports, and progress reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • National Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • A Master's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university is required.
  • Eight hours of online training on BACB experience standards are preferred.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and procedures, as well as knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000-$83,000 annually, based on experience, plus monthly bonuses. Our benefits package includes full benefits, pet insurance, hybrid schedule with remote work options, small caseloads, and 6+ weeks of paid time off per calendar year.
