Kiros Culinary Events are seeking line cooks to help from December 26th through January 3rd to help prepare meals from 5am-2pm, with a district break.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of culinary experience preferred
  • California Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to comply with CDC Food Handling guidelines
  • Ability to communicate in English with a diverse team and clientele
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable with working multiple stations in the kitchen
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be knowledgeable in different types of cuisine and dietary requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner
  • Properly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions
  • Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage afterward
  • Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and sanitized
  • Support team to reach common goals
