Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of bookkeeping, transaction coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including managing invoices, payments, and deposits.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Manage payroll processing, including timesheets, and PTO tracking.
  • Track and categorize expenses related to property acquisition, renovation, and disposition.
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, from pre-acquisition to closing, including contract preparation, document management, and communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist the renovation team with pulling permits, scheduling inspections, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Assist with market research to identify trends and opportunities within our target markets.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, real estate, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of real estate transactions and financial principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
