ConstrucTech Consulting wants to talk to you We are looking for a full-time Viewpoint Vista software Associate Consultant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting software consulting engagements for clients with focus on the analysis of the customers’ business goals and objectives to ensure that all requirements are met, and all projects are successfully completed. You must be able to productively work remotely from home on multiple software consulting projects as assigned and travel to client’s locations within the United States if required. Our ideal candidate is an excellent problem solver with the ability to: · Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives; develop a project design with the Senior Consultant to meet customers’ implementation needs · Manage the full life cycle of assigned projects, including research, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and documentation · Provide consulting services related to use of software applications such as planning sessions setup, testing, readiness assessment, data import/conversion, custom report needs and documentation · Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Trimble Viewpoint-Vista ERP software · Perform proper due diligence while analyzing the clients’ challenges and software requirements · Interact directly with clients of all knowledge levels, and at any level in their organization ConstrucTech Consulting values a candidate that is: · Helpful – giving or ready to give help · Honest– conscientious, scrupulous, honorable · Transparent – free from pretense or deceit especially concerning business practices · Approachable – easy to meet or deal with · Genuine – sincere and authentic · Patient – able to accept or tolerate delays without becoming annoyed or anxious · Smart – having or showing a quick-witted intelligence · Adaptable – able to adjust to new conditions · Creative - inventive, innovative, and original · Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, purchase orders and general ledger ConstrucTech Consulting requires our ideal candidate to possess: · Degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Business Management, or a business- related field preferred · A working knowledge of the Office 365 suite of products · A high degree of expertise with Microsoft Excel · Submit to a criminal background check ConstrucTech Consulting prefers our ideal candidate to possess: · Knowledge of construction project management including but not limited to project estimates, budgeting, document control, change management and project billing · Crystal Reports, SSRS, SSMS, and/or, any business intelligence/data analytics tools experience not required but considered a plus · Intermediate or better SQL skills · Knowledge of accounting software databases · Desire to learn new technology, software products, and concepts · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasker
