Job Summary

Ephoca is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively promote and sell Ephoca's products and services, engaging with potential clients, presenting solutions, and driving business growth. The Salesperson will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities: Research and connect with potential clients to generate leads and close sales.
  • Engage with potential customers: Present Ephoca’s products and services, demonstrating their value and addressing customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals: Manage the entire sales process, from negotiation to contract signing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the sale to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members: Work alongside internal departments such as logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Record-keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system (Zoho CRM) and track progress on deals and commissions.

Commission Structure

  • Standard commission: Earn 10% commission on the total sales price based on the company's wholesale pricing guide.
  • Discounts and commission adjustments: If offering discounts beyond standard levels, the commission will be reduced based on the company’s discount-commission policy.
  • Split commissions: Collaborate with other team members on sales opportunities, with commissions split accordingly.
  • Commission payments: Commissions are paid upon receipt of a 50% deposit from the customer.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM, is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.
