In house marketing, processing and underwriting. Loan partners ready to help our Mortgage Loan Officers with day to day task. Multi source lead generation that can earn you a SIX figure income within a 40 hour work week with a generous draw towards an aggressively-high commission. We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to become a part of our team and grow with us

Mortgage One Funding assists our Mortgage Loan Officers to succeed every step of the way. Honest. Fast. Easy This is who we are and how we close loans.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
  • Guide customers through the loan application process
  • File loan applications and supporting documents
  • Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
  • Take appropriate action to resolve client issues

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing task
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written, across mass audiences
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
  • Professional and effective interpersonal skills
  • Coachable and willing to learn

Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
