Job DescriptionJob Description

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of client-facing projects, including website redesigns, ongoing website management, and creative design. This role requires strong project management skills, creative problem-solving, and an ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure the success of web and graphic-related marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital marketing and creative design, enabling them to strategize and execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage website redesign projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee ongoing website management, ensuring updates, content changes, and functionality are maintained.
  • Coordinate the design and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with client branding.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Client Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding web and graphic design projects.
  • Gather client requirements and feedback, ensuring that their vision is clearly communicated to internal teams.
  • Host regular check-ins and status update meetings with clients to report on project progress.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for improving web design and marketing graphics, aligned with overall business goals.

Creative Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and content creators to develop cohesive digital marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that all creative outputs, from websites to social media designs, are on-brand and optimized for user engagement.
  • Provide input on design best practices and trends to keep client projects current and competitive.
  • Work with SEO and content teams to ensure website projects are optimized for search and user experience.

Cross-functional Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal creative teams to ensure seamless collaboration between design, development, and marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts in delivering high-quality digital assets and websites.
  • Provide guidance and support to creative and technical teams to ensure all client deliverables meet project scope and quality standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of websites and digital content post-launch.
  • Use metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and web traffic to assess the success of each project.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data-driven analysis.
