VP, Product Management (Digital)


We are seeking an experienced and driven digital product manager to lead the development and enhancement of our applications for gaming. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering a seamless user experience for both gaming operators and their customers.


We have an established product, and we are expanding it to additional verticals. The VP, Digital Product Management will have responsibility for the existing product and the expanding market segments. We want a strong product leader who will ensure we bring the best of what we have to the new product and ensure what we have today has a migration path to our next generation solution.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Product Strategy and Vision

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Digital Product Development

  • Define product requirements and create detailed specifications and user stories.
  • Ensure the product incorporates robust customer credit quality assessments, KYC checks, and ability to service markers.
  • Integrate multiple payment types (credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers) into the product.
  • Drive data warehouse analytics to produce reports and dashboards that support strategic decision making and measure the performance of those decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business and customer impact.

Project Management

  • Develop and manage digital product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Present product updates and performance reports to executive leadership.

User Experience and Design

  • Ensure the digital products provide an intuitive and engaging user experience.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Compliance and Security

  • Ensure the digital product complies with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any concerns or issues.
  • Implement rigorous KYC checks and customer credit quality assessments.


Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, preferably in fintech, gaming, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, preferably with online gaming or sports betting.
  • Experience with KYC processes, customer credit assessment, and integration of multiple payment systems.
  • Experience driving optimal user experience (UX) for mobile applications that are intuitive, engaging and fun to use.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Project Online, Azure DevOps or comparable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in conveying requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, transform business requirements to functional requirements for development teams, and track product development progress in tandem with project managers, analysts and team leaders.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) and presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the casino and financial services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulations for gaming and credit/lending is highly desired.
  • Expertise in KYC processes and customer credit quality assessment is a plus.
