Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home remodeling and proficiency in 2020 software to help customers visualize their dream projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations and staff management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and design consultations.
  • Utilize 2020 software to create detailed designs and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain inventory and showroom displays to ensure an appealing environment.
  • Train and mentor showroom staff on product knowledge and design software.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase showroom traffic.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in home remodeling or showroom management.
  • Proficiency in 2020 design software is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current trends in home design and remodeling.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
