Job DescriptionJob Description

The Pricing Coordinator ensures pricing information is collected, reviewed, and analyzed as well as input accurately into company systems on a timely basis. This position works closely with the Sales and Business Line management to implement price changes. This position will also utilize SAP, SAP analysis, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide information and reports to the Business line management and sales groups.

Role is remote but in-office in Dublin, OH on Wednesdays. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintains and updates pricing for customers and Distributors.

· Works with Business line managers and sales to implement mass price changes

· Support the development of pricing policies and enforce the use of them

· Process quote requests from sales and business line managers

· Manage pricing communications and coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders

· Review and manage customer relationship properties in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for accurate reporting purposes

· Manage product cost sheets for reference and analyze the impact of raw material changes

· Develop, implement, maintain, test and support pricing systems/databases and process enhancements.

· Develop and deliver training for systems (SAP Analysis Reporting) supporting sales and Business Line Managers

· Support special projects to improve pricing related processes.

· Assists team members and Managers with analyzing and producing various reports

· Participates in continuous improvement efforts in the areas of safety, quality, environmental, health, safety, security, and productivity.

· Other projects or duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business and 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or pricing-related experience

· Analytical experience working with coordination and entry of sensitive data

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organization skills

· Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle multiple assignments

· Approaches problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, innovation and proactive mindset

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Able to meet deadlines and manage the pressure associated with those deadlines

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent Excel skills

· Participates in continuous improvement efforts in the areas of safety, quality, environmental, health, safety, security, and productivity.
