Sales Representative, Outside B2B Sales Rep

Our client, a growing telecommunications provider, seeks Outside Sales Representatives to work in Des Moines, IA.

You will earn a base pay between $35,000 to $50,000 a year, based on your experience, plus commissions. With commissions, you can realistically earn $80,000 to $100,000 your first year at this positive, family-friendly company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Cold calling.
  • Maintaining a sufficient pipeline to maintain quota achievements.
  • Participating in tradeshows, conferences, and events that provide lead generation for the sales team.
  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of company’s products and services.

To qualify for these positions, you must have at least two (2) years of proven sales experience and:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent B2B experience selling telecom solutions.
  • Prior experience with consultative sales methodology.
  • Be able to travel up to 10% of the time if you are applying for the outside sales position.
