Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a career oriented, self-starting professional for a Commercial Outside Sales Representative position. As a sales rep, you will be selling commercial roofing systems and repair services to a variety of existing and potential clients throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Our ideal candidate will possess commercial sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years).

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • You will be implementing sales strategies to maximize the Company’s sales.
  • Demonstrated influencing and selling skills.
  • Strong follow up and relationship building ability.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work well in a professional office setting as well as visiting contractors on jobsites.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to sell at the executive level, build a sales organization, and manage to a budget.
  • Must be able to assist customers in inspecting, measuring, and estimating roof projects.
  • Must be able to climb ladders to access roofs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record necessary.
  • Successfully passing a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required.
  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong computer aptitude is desired.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus.
