Shop Technician

The Shop Technician will be responsible for the rebuilding of mechanical equipment, with a focus on hydraulic pumps, vacuum pumps, gearboxes, cylinders, valves, and actuators. Key responsibilities include disassembling and inspecting components, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and executing comprehensive rebuilds to meet quality and performance standards. The role requires diligent documentation of specifications and repairs, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to safety protocols. The Technician will uphold the highest standards of workmanship and safety in an industrial workshop setting. The position demands strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics, and effective communication and teamwork skills. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining and enhancing the functionality of industrial machinery.
