Since 1988, we’ve provided high-quality, imprintable apparel to our broad wholesale customer base. We offer high-quality apparel that allows your customers to express their creativity through wearable art through concert merchandise, corporate swag, school & team apparel, theme park gift shops and any other use case for customized apparel.
Today, we offer the most extensive and accessible collection of fashion-forward styles around, while maintaining just-in-time fulfillment for our customers. We operate eight nationwide distribution centers—that’s 4 million square feet of efficient warehouse space—and uniquely offer the largest one & two-day distribution footprint in the industry, with products reaching 99% of the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico within two days and 44 states in just one day.
We offer more than 100 brands, including Adidas, Champion, Columbia, Dickies, Hanes, Gildan, Oakley, Richardson, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.
We have grown from a successful midwestern t-shirt and fleece distributor into an industry leader with approximately $2.5 billion in annual sales. In March 2021, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) acquired S&S Activewear. CD&R believes S&S to be a leading distribution platform with sustainable competitive advantage following significant strategic investments in its geographic reach, people, and technology.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing group of targeted accounts, as well as prospecting for new opportunities. Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with decision makers and business owners. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for business development. Candidates must be self-directed and have the ability to work independently.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Remote Available)
The territory consists of North Carolina & South Carolina and the ideal home base is Charlotte, NC.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and grow S&S Activewear’s overall market share in North & South Carolina with a concentration on a targeted group of key accounts.
- Position S&S Activewear’s premium brands in key customer programs
- Analyze customer profiles to identify opportunities and areas for growth
- Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with S&S products and services.
- Prepare, plan and deliver targeted and instructive product presentations.
- Effectively manage daily communications with customers and internal personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two plus years of outside B2B sales experience
- Customer-centric with the desire and ability to develop relationships and solidify business partnerships
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable working remotely
Travel
Daily travel with some overnights.
