Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at VL Roofing and Siding Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new commercial business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the commercial roofing sector. Your expertise and understanding of roofing solutions will help us deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial roofing market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored roofing solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our services and expand our professional network.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Monitor numerous contractor bidding websites and be able to use PlanSwift to measure and be able to to bid on opportunities.
- Analyze bids, create detailed proposals, and build rapport with General Contractors (GCs) on bidding platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite(*Excel).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
