Job Description: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve extensive communication over the phone and email, addressing various logistical challenges, and providing top-notch support to our team and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing a high volume of phone and email communications related to logistics.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address and resolve logistical issues and inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various logistics tasks and processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations, including shipping reports and correspondence.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics or administrative roles is preferred.
