Job Summary

As a key member of our logistics team, the Warehouse Associate Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the material handling and warehousing functions, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Verify quantities, parts, destinations, and timing from various source documents.
  • Operate and maintain machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging.
  • Ensure the safe operation and servicing of mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment in the facilities work environment.
  • Perform specialized clerical and documentation duties.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
  • Warehouse experience and logistics knowledge preferred.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  • Lifting, lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
  • Work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
  • Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
