Position Title: Resource Liaison at Crispus Attucks Community Center
Program: RISE, Crispus Attucks Community Center
Classification: Non-Exempt
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
The following statements reflect the general duties, responsibilities and competencies considered necessary to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job and should not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements of the position. - Program implementation: provide immediate, person-centered support, resources, and referrals to individuals and families for short term crises, implementing specialized services, and advocating for clients’ needs.
- Data management: maintain a comprehensive database, financial trackers, and confidential records to efficiently track community resources and client progress.
- Coaching practices and implementation: approach work with a client centered mindset, utilizing various tools and strategies and continually pivoting and applying new methods as learned continuous professional development. Support trainings hosted by CAP to the community.
- Collaboration for community impact: take initiative to connect with neighbors during CACC programming (such as food distribution), collaborate effectively with Center staff and volunteers along with other CAP programs, referral partners and community programs to ensure an impactful approach to community support.
- Innovation: actively participate in meetings, contribute to program development and evaluation, and identify new best practices for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATION/JOB FACTORS

- Technology usage: Utilize technology proficiently for data management, communication, and research to enhance program delivery. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies that contribute to program effectiveness.
- Bilingual – Spanish/English: Fluent in both Spanish and English, ensuring effective communication and assistance in the preferred language of individuals.
Other qualifications to be considered:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, including social work, public health, family studies, and/or the equivalent education and experience within the sector.
- Valid PA driver’s license must possess a vehicle and be able to travel to various locations throughout Lancaster County. Have valid insurance and full-time use of a vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional nights and weekends based on clients’ availability.
