Position Title: Mgr. Member Service

Work Location: Denver, CO

Supervisory Position: Yes

Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and conduct analysis, review, and approval of cost studies, forecasts, average schedule data, carrier access billing, regulatory fees, universal service and demand data by Exchange Carriers in the region. Ensure accuracy, pool integrity, cost effectiveness, consistency among members, timeliness, and compliance with FCC rules and internal company procedures.
  1. Represent the company as the primary contact in the region to ensure that company's positions are accurately communicated, and our industry role is enhanced. Research and present issues, positions, proposals and technical information to educate member companies as well as maintaining excellent business relationships. Ensure provision of quality data that supports our company's objectives and ensures compliance with FCC rules.
  2. Supervise and conduct the regional pooling process for all assigned telephone companies. This includes our data input, detail analysis, resolution of discrepancies, changing pool participation, and explaining anomalies to top management to provide for accurate and timely revenue distribution to the telephone companies.
  3. Build and maintain close business relationships with member telephone companies. Develop understanding of their positions. Convey positions on key business issues requiring resolution to our company management. Foster quick resolution on these issues and keep member companies fully informed on the outcome.
  4. Manage the growth and development of subordinates to meet the changing demands of the environment.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
