Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful individual who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A successful finance assistant will be comfortable working with numbers and data and analyzing company trends. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build their skill set while working with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate records of company finances.
  • Help draft financial reports.
  • Review financial analyses and reports produced by others.
  • Submit bi-weekly payroll to third party processor
  • Submit bi-monthly data to third party biller for billing

Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
