Salary: $24 - $28 an hour (DOE/E)

Perry Endodontics is seeking an outgoing, charismatic, and professional team player with excellent communication skills to serve a unique hybrid role of Patient Care Coordinator (70% time) and Marketing Coordinator (30% time) for a dynamic and growing specialty practice. The ideal candidate will bring bounds of energy to execute the practice marketing goals while showcasing their polished interpersonal skills at the front desk by offering world class customer service to our patients.

Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities (70%):

· Act as first point of contact for all patients and ensure exceptional customer service.

· Answer incoming calls, receive messages, and route calls accordingly.

· Schedule appointments accurately to reflect endodontist’s schedule.

· Deliver clear and effective communication and information to patients regarding the recommended treatment plans and facilitate successful closure of related financials.

· Work with other practices to obtain x-rays, referrals, and coordinate patient needs.

· Follow up with patients to improve satisfaction.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about practice services offered.

Marketing Responsibilities (30%):

 

· Develop and manage contacts with dentists of referring practices, including the initial introduction of the company, understanding of practice owner goals and interests, and periodic updates and relationship development.

· Maintain continuing relationships with general dentistry staff to ensure satisfaction and communicate related impressions and issues to management.

· Manage the practice’s marketing program (including a dynamic social media presence).

· Develop and administer marketing plans and calendars and research best practices and new trends in specialty practice marketing and outreach.

· Develop and maintain marketing outreach database for communication history and practice profiles.

· Create and manage practice marketing materials used for patients and for outreach to referring offices.

· Creativity and experience with photography and the visual arts is a plus.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

· Applicable social media marketing skills (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) including photography for content creation.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and expertly organized work style.

· Ability to communicate practice services quickly and favorably to referring dentists and patients.

 

Education and Requirements:

· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, One Note), Adobe InDesign (or similar), Dropbox

· At least 3+ years of applicable dental or medical front office support role experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in applicable field: PR, Marketing, Communications (preferred). Recent grads encouraged to apply
