We are seeking a Service Supervisor for a building supplies warehouse to lead a team in delivering exceptional service experiences for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving team performance. Schedule is M-Friday (additional days when needed).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage and guide service teams to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Monitor and manage the department's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, including performance appraisals and setting professional development goals
  • Collaborate with sales and parts departments
  • Manage inventory

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Supervisor role within a service industry
  • Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology
  • Flexibility to work and to be on-call for emergencies outside of schedule
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, or equivalent experience, Professional certification in service management is a plus

 

Pay is based on experience $58,000 plus
