Small base, but MASSIVE performance rewards to get you to $200K and beyond each year. You must be a creative thinker who excels at driving leads, building brand visibility, and generating high-quality investor engagement from scratch. You should be highly self-motivated, an expert in digital marketing, social media strategy, and cutting-edge growth tactics. You will have the opportunity to build your own marketing empire within XSITE Capital.

We have a mission to help people achieve financial freedom through multifamily real estate, and we need a real marketing star to help bring our message to the masses.

  • A written response describing a successful marketing campaign they’ve managed. 
  • A brief proposal on how they would market a specific XSITE property.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. Acquisitions and Investor Relations) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Manage website, social media accounts (YouTube/Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram).
  • Create and manage email funnels on HubSpot to increase brand awareness and optimize communication to investors and our growing community
  • Optimize HubSpot to fully take advantage of its capabilities
  • Organize and promote events curated for our growing community
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and create marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different platforms
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in running ads
  • Must have prior experience creating effective data driven Marketing campaigns
  • Familiarization with SEO strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Proficiency in WordPress and/or video editing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Works well with a team
  • Must have a great attitude
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt
