The Purpose:

The Inbound Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the inbound receiving systematically across all True Religion DC locations (currently 3) for variances, delays of inbound shipments compared to their NDC dates, and the consolidation of the priority POs list. This position will also be responsible for overseeing the delivery appointment scheduling across the 3 DCs and the monitoring of the Appointment Scheduling system.

 

 

Responsibilities:

-       Oversee the inbound appointment scheduling across the 3 DCs against priorities and NDC dates

-       Work with the appropriate DC receiving teams for inbound priorities being followed through timeline from a receiving end

-       Confirm accuracy of systematic receipts against PO#s in our ERP, Full Circle

-       Help to track & consolidate on-time trucker appointments are met (log no-shows/late truckers/non-appointment trucks showing up/etc) across the DCs

-       Log all non-compliance items for vendor chargebacks & scorecards

-       Own and manage the appointment scheduling tool

-       Double check PO#s are going to correct DC locations

-       Double check priority PO#s are being advocated for

-       Be the point of contact for getting set up in the appointment scheduling system and onboard new providers where needed

-       Help to adjust or move in appointments to allow for priorities

-       Reconcile a list of priority POs to share with the DCs and publish out

-       Check against open POs coming to the DCs that they have appointments scheduled within their NDC dates across all inbound shipments regardless of incoterms

-       Flag PO#s missing appointments within a certain time window (ex. No appointment within 7 business days of INDC, need to flag)

-       Double check POs with appointments being scheduled after their NDC date and investigate route cause

 

Skills:

-       Intermediate Excel User (vlookups, conditional formatting, pivot tables)

-       Microsoft office Suite & teams experience

-       Ability to track multiple processes at one time

-       Experience with 3PLs and internally owned DCs

-       Great communication and interpersonal skills

-       Organized and coordinated for timely responses across the business

-       Full Circle experience preferred or other ERP experience

-       Familiarity with the retail industry
