As a

Operations Coordinator ,
you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team to comply with DOT requirements and division policies .
Hourly Rate: Hourly rate:
$16.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule:Sunday through Tuesday- Saturday and Sunday/Monday offOvertime and working days off will be required as business dictatesHours Worked: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PMGreat Operations Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. What you bring to the table
Education & Training:High School Diploma requiredAssociate Degree in Accounting or Business is a plusRelated Experience:4+ years of related accounting clerical experienceExperience in Payroll and General Ledger preferredFoodservice or distribution industry experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:In-depth knowledge of computerized accounting techniques and accounting principlesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain accurate recordsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication skills-both written and verbalStrong teamwork skills and the ability to act as a resource for others within the department and divisionAbility to manage complex tasks and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environmentYour efforts as an Operations Coordinator build the foundation that defines

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
The expected base rate for this role is between $16.00-$25.00/hr.This role will also receive : overtime compensation.
