Inside Sales: Pump Manufacturing
Join Holland Pump's dynamic team as an Inside Sales in pump manufacturing sales and service, where you will drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients. Year 1 on target earnings between $70,000-$90,000+ with ability to grow income year over year.
Uncapped commissions
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the pump sales.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential product improvements.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer service issues.
- Travel within assigned territory to meet clients and prospects, requiring overnight stays as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry (Pumps).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of pump products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel designated territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Related field experience preferred.
