Inside Sales: Pump Manufacturing

Join Holland Pump's dynamic team as an Inside Sales in pump manufacturing sales and service, where you will drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions, expand our market presence, and contribute to the success of our industry-leading products.

Year 1 on target earnings between $70,000-$90,000+ with ability to grow income year over year.

Uncapped commissions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the pump sales.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential product improvements.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer service issues.
  • Travel within assigned territory to meet clients and prospects, requiring overnight stays as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry (Pumps).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of pump products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel designated territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Related field experience preferred.
