Role Overview:
Could you be our next Manager, Sales Innovation and Technology? Globe Life is looking for a Manager, Sales Innovation and Technology to join the team
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our sales field and home office partners to build, implement, and drive adoption across field-facing technologies. The ideal candidate will have extreme ownership and responsibility to communicate with cross-functional teams with clarity and urgency.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
What You Will Do:
- Manage complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Define requirements with Business Analysts and sales leadership
- Spearhead Field Communication and conduct training
- Troubleshoot and quality assurance on issues raised by user
- Complete User Acceptance Testing
- Verify Data Integrity
- Ad Hoc Executive Reporting
What You Can Bring:
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
- Strong technical background with experience with Salesforce and business reporting tools
- Background in a sales organization a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- High School Diploma required
- 4 Year College Degree preferred
